Return/ Exchange Policy

Wardrobe by Winnie/ Alliance Technologies is committed to making every transaction on our website smooth and hassle-free. We take pride in delivering our products with the utmost care, maintaining the highest quality standards.

While we strive to provide premium quality and the best fit for all our products, we understand that preferences can vary. Therefore, we offers product exchanges and returns to ensure your satisfaction.

To initiate a return or exchange, please submit your request on our website within 7 working days of receiving your package.

EXCHANGE

We offer exchanges on all our products, with some exceptions. Please note that intimate wear items, such as swimwear and lingerie, are not eligible for exchange unless the original tag and hygiene sticker are intact.

  • Exchange and return are limited to one time per order. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  • The refund for the exchanged item is issued in the form of store credit, which is valid for 11 months.
  • Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
  • Packages that do not meet these conditions will be rejected during the quality check (QC) process and returned to the customer.

RETURN

We aim to ensure every transaction is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and maintaining the highest quality standards. As a policy, we only offer returns in the form of store credit, which is valid for 11 months.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To apply for an exchange or return, please raise a ticket at this link.

  • Provide your order number and registered email or contact information.
  • We will get in touch to understand your concern and issue a refund if applicable.
  • Once your request is approved, the item will be picked up within 3-5 working days by our courier partner.
  • Please take a photo or video of the product when handing it over to the delivery person as proof in case of future disputes.
  • Only hand over the item that the delivery person is there to collect. We are not responsible for any unaccounted items given to the courier, as they will only deliver the item for which the pickup was arranged.
  • The reverse pickup charge for exchanges is INR 100, which the customer bears.
  • Within 2-3 working days of the package being picked up, we will issue a store credit to the email address used for the original order.
  • The store credit amount is calculated by deducting the reverse pickup charge of INR 100 from the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your request is rejected before pickup or at the QC stage, you can seek clarification by emailing us at wardrobebywinnieofficial@gmail.com.

ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

We recommend tracking your package once it shows as delivered via email or SMS. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please notify us within 3 days. Due to recent changes in courier company policies across India, we cannot assist with delivery issues reported after 72 hours from the marked delivery time.

ITEM UNAVAILABILITY

A pending order may be canceled if it is delayed beyond the expected delivery time. Cancellations will be issued via store credit OR return to original account.

HOW TO RETURN AN EXCHANGE PARCEL

  • Ensure that all exchanged items are unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
  • Garments and fabrics that do not allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.
  • Make sure the items are securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Include the shipping label when returning the parcel.

Please note that the colors in the product images on our website may vary slightly due to professional lighting during the photoshoot.
